Ya and I honestly just do restorative yoga to stretch out my hips/shoulders before and after the gym lol thank you so much!! I think finally accepting my body and treating it right has given me the best results!

If you don’t like yoga, don’t practice yoga.
Find what works, and don’t compare yourself or feel inadequate because someone else has a different exercise routine. It’s about finding what you love, not having some mythical “perfect” routine.
