UGH I sleep too much

I slept through my alarm and missed my therapist appointment (which I REALLY needed to go to…)

Now I’m going to have to either wait until her next available appointment (probably Tuesday or NEXT THURSDAY) or somehow get myself back on track. I have not been eating enough and I have been exerting myself a bit too much. I mean, I know I am doing all of these things wrong but I just can’t get myself out of this cycle :/

Idk…I’ll update better about this later.
