Intake

Just because I eat really weird when I work:

Breakfast:

  • Oats with strawberries & cream cheese
  • Tazo Awake Tea

Lunch1:

  • Pear Gorgonzola Salad

Lunch2:

  • Peanut butter/almond butter banana wrap
  • Small Granny Smith apple
  • Cranberry Almond Simple Bar
  • Blueberry Green Tea

Dinner:

  • Chicken breast, cheese & spinach wrap
  • Sweet Potato with PEPPER
  • Spring mix with bell pepper & carrot with pear gorgonzola dressing

Dessert:

  • Greek yogurt with a nectarine, plum, blueberries & bran flakes mixed in
  • Chocolate Chip Clif Bar
