Last post of vacation, I’m going home today :(
Helped make buscuits and gravy this morning though so now I have the recipe!! Bacon too (I had another piece as well) :)I’m so happy that I found recovery in time to eat this wonderful meal with my grandparents again!
Today’s foods!! Idk how much I’ve been eating since I got here because I decided I wasn’t going to even try to count calories (I make like 1% of my food here so really it’s impossible for me to know) but I’ve been just kind of eating whatever I feel like!
Breakfast was two pieces of toast with chunky almond butter (I got my grandma addicted last summer lol) and blackberry jam with a pink lady apple.
Lunch was a black bean burger with fries at mammoth cave national park (we went in the caves woo 250 ft underground!)
Dinner isn’t pictured cuz I ate with alot of people and felt weird but I had this Cajun pork loin thing my grandma made with asparagus, bell peppers, and mashed potatoes!
I’m probably gunna have a protein shake later cuz I know I haven’t had enough protein or calories today :) maybe some dark chocolate that I got yesterday too!
Oh yesSpinach and artichoke chicken burger with extra sharp cheddar cheese, sautéed kale, and brown rice with earth balance :)

This is what I ate for the day…plus preworkout and a banana
two pieces toast with earth balance, honey and cinnamon
Plain Greek yogurt with honey and cocoa powder (oh and there’s a banana in there)
Pasta with nutritional yeast and guacamole
Protein shake (chocolate peanut butter)
Chocolate brownie quest bar
Pasta with breaded shrimp and broccoli and tomatoes
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with cheese, 1 piece toast with earth balance, strawberries, and honey
Snack: Cheese stick (all I could eat at volunteering)
Lunch: Spaghetti with nutritional yeast and guacamole
Snack: preworkout, protein shake (banana, almond milk, veg protein powder, honey), vanilla quest bar
Bomb homemade guacamole!
2.5 LARGE avocados
Diced Grape tomatoes (however many you want)
1/4-1/2 small chopped onion (preferably red)
1-2tsp minced garlic
1/2-1 cup corn
Juice from 1/2-1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix it all uppppMade like four servings for me!
