This is what I ate for the day…plus preworkout and a banana
Breakfast:  two pieces toast with earth balance, honey and cinnamon Plain Greek yogurt with honey and cocoa powder (oh and there’s a banana in there)
Lunch: Pasta with nutritional yeast and guacamole
Preworkout+banana
Post workout: Protein shake (chocolate peanut butter) Chocolate brownie quest bar
Dinner: Pasta with breaded shrimp and broccoli and tomatoes

Snack: Cheese stick (all I could eat at volunteering)

Lunch: Spaghetti with nutritional yeast and guacamole

Snack: preworkout, protein shake (banana, almond milk, veg protein powder, honey), vanilla quest bar

Diced Grape tomatoes (however many you want)
1/4-1/2 small chopped onion (preferably red)
1-2tsp minced garlic
1/2-1 cup corn
Juice from 1/2-1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

So basically I need to start counting my cals again because it’s so effing difficult to eat 3000 calories without counting…I just never get there! So I got a myfitnesspal so that instead of constantly having to count how much I’ve eaten I can just log it and then see how much more I have to eat that day! I think it’ll help with knowing how much I should eat after exercise too! We shall see :)

Ya this is today tho ugh not hungry at all…but I still got pretty dang close! And I didn’t work out today at all I basically just drove places and sat places so I guess it’s ok that today had to be a bit low! Ill make it up tomorrow! 5 notes // reblog

This looks ugly but it was so good! I blended one frozen banana, a big full spoon of pb, 2 tbsp of dark cocoa powder, 1 cup of almond milk and some stevia together and then I made some instant coffee with a small amount of water (so it was still strong) and added that in!
