Crazy what a year can do huh?
I’m so proud of myself and all you people who said I can’t gain muscle well LOOK AT ME NOW! I have a long way to go but I’m so happy with how far I’ve come in recovery and in working out! I love my body so much and I love food again and life has improved like 100000000x and recovery is SO worth it and SO possible!

This is my “before and during” by the end of the summer I WILL be up at least 5 pounds I promise!
